Suicide Ride: The Platinum Man

Suicide Ride: The Platinum Man - E. Llewellyn I don't have a shelf for this. Put it on "not my cup of author", but there is nothing wrong with those I have there, save one.
Maybe it's time for a new shelf *sigh*

OMG, I just read the blurb! Meesa dyin' luffing....

"When Norman meets Johnny, their heavy-metal fenders bend, sending the male-on-male sparks flying. Johnny's number-one-with-a-bullet hit "Suicide Ride" blows Norman's mind, while his number-99-with-an-anchor tattoo pricks up more than just his ears."

And this comes to mind for some reason *snicker snicker*

Who said it was a bad book? It sounds hysterical!

I just braved 2.5 chapters on Amazon. The book is not readable. One of the WTF moments happened right off the bat: "Grasping for straws, his eyes sought the fabled Art Deco marquee..." Laugh or cry, whatever suits you best. I laughed. And now I can officially rate EL's writing, which has nothing to do with her personally. 1 star.
